NANCY GOLDEN JOINS BOULDIN CORP AS FINANCIAL CONTROLLER

September 8, 2009 – Nancy Golden has joined Bouldin Corp and WastAway as Financial Controller, according to CEO Mark Brown. Golden earned a B.S. degree in Accounting from David Lipscomb University in Nashville, Tennessee. She brings to the company 8 years public accounting experience in tax and auditing and 10 years of private accounting experience in cost accounting and software management.

“Nancy brings a wealth of experience in areas that we will be using more of in the future as WastAway and Bouldin and Lawson continue to grow,” said Brown. Golden and her husband Eric have two children, Allie and Isaac and reside in McMinnville, Tennessee.
