WILLIAM S. MARTIN JOINS BOULDIN CORP AS LEGAL COUNSEL
July 1, 2008—William S. (Bill) Martin has joined Bouldin Corp and Wastaway as staff legal council, according to CEO Mark Brown. The appointment takes place immediately.
Martin earned a B.S. degree in Finance from Oklahoma State University and completing his Juris Doctorate at The University of Tulsa. He is a former presenter for the National Energy Law and Policy Institute, and his practice has focused on energy and natural resources law, international law, and domestic and multi-national joint ventures.
“We’re delighted that a professional with such relevant experience has joined our team,” said Brown. “Bill brings experience and a legal perspective to a number of areas where both Bouldin and Wastaway are concentrating, and he will be a tremendous asset as we continue to grow and address multinational issues.”
Martin and his wife, Marilyn, have two children, Stewart and Allison. The Martins have lived in Warren County, Tennessee, since 2006.
