Pilot Test Indicates:
- Energy Content: 9,000 BTU per pound
- Lower fuel cost than coal
Fluff may in the future be gasified to produce gas for:
- Industrial heating
- Steam from Boilers
- Efficient power generation
While continuing to explore various uses of Fluff, WastAway is presently in research and development of Green Energy fueled by Fluff. Still in early stages of development, initial tests give very positive results.
In early testing, Fluff has been used to produce:- Synthetic liquid fuels such as ethanol, gasoline, and diesel
- Syn-Gas from Gasification
